The Souss Valley south of Agadir is the heartland of Moroccan argan production — a UNESCO-protected biosphere where Berber women run the cooperatives that produce the world's most prized oil. Visit the cooperative, watch the traditional extraction process, taste pure argan products, and share a home-cooked lunch with a Berber family.
Depart Agadir at 9:00 am. Visit argan cooperative (10:00 am). Drive to honey village. Berber family lunch (1:00 pm). Afternoon visit to Aït Baha or valley viewpoint. Return to Agadir by 5:00 pm.
